Not every company in CNC machining can work with materials like Inconel, duplex and super duplex. All tools have to be chosen carefully and the CNC machines together with their tooling should be set specially for such materials in order to reach the correct values shown on the technical drawings. In case the tolerances are tight, the quality department should also be equipped with special measurement instruments like CMM machine, Formtracer, XRF, surface roughness tester … etc.
DEKA has all necessary measurement instruments to make sure the sizes are correct, the surface hardness is at the requested level, the raw material suits to its certificate and that the surface roughness is exactly what is given on the technical drawing.
